The ConceptLab way
Rough ideas in. Working products out.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. We turn what you have into a clear plan and a product people can use, then keep improving it with you.

How we work
From idea to launch.
Four steps, and the last one never really ends.
- 01
Discover
Understand the idea, the problem, the people it’s for and the outcome you want.
- 02
Define
Decide what should actually be built, what comes first, and how.
- 03
Build
Design, engineer, test and launch the product.
- 04
Improve
Measure, learn, iterate, maintain and scale.

Not sure where to start?
Start with a Discovery sprint.
A short, fixed-price project that turns your idea into a clear plan, before you commit to building anything.
- 1 week
- Fixed price, agreed up front
- Yours to keep, wherever you build
- 1
A kickoff workshop
We dig into the idea, the people it’s for and what success looks like.
- 2
A first version you can afford
What to build first, what can wait, and why.
- 3
A clickable prototype
The key screens, so you can see it, test it and show it to others.
- 4
A plan and a fixed quote
The technical approach, a timeline, and the price to build it.
Mentorship
Build better. Think deeper.
Not a coding course. Practical mentorship for developers and aspiring builders: learn how real products are designed, built, deployed, maintained and improved, by working through real code.

- System design & architecture
- APIs & databases
- FinTech engineering
- Production systems

About ConceptLab
We don’t just write code. We build things that need to work.
ConceptLab brings together software engineering, product thinking, mentorship and experience building real systems, from a telehealth platform and an election monitoring platform to open-source financial infrastructure. We work with founders who are just starting, businesses whose products need to keep getting better, and developers who want to build like professionals.
More about us →How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need, so we give you a fixed quote before any work starts: no hourly surprises. If you’re not sure yet what to build, a Discovery sprint is a small, fixed-price way to find out.
How long does it take?
A Discovery sprint takes 1 week. A website usually takes 1–2 weeks, and a first version of an app 6–12 weeks, depending on what it needs to do. We agree the dates before we start.
I’m not technical. Can I still work with you?
Yes. Most founders we work with aren’t. We explain every decision in plain language, show you progress as we go, and you approve each step.
Do I own the code and the design?
Yes. Once the work is paid for, the code, designs and accounts are yours. We set up the domain, hosting and app store accounts in your name, so you’re never locked in to us.
What happens after launch?
We don’t disappear. We offer ongoing maintenance (updates, security fixes, monitoring and small changes), and we can keep building new features with you as your product grows.
Can you take over a product someone else built?
Yes. We start with a review of the code and setup, tell you honestly what state it’s in, then fix and improve it.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes. We work remotely, across time zones. EzzyCare, for example, connects patients and doctors around the world.
Will you sign an NDA?
Of course. Ask, and we’ll sign one before you share the details of your idea.
