Things we’ve built, and keep building.

Products in healthcare, elections and finance, and the open-source infrastructure we build to do it well.

Telehealth platform

EzzyCare

A telehealth platform where patients book virtual consultations with private or hospital doctors anywhere in the world, on web and mobile.

Good care shouldn’t depend on where you live. EzzyCare lets patients find a doctor, whether a private doctor or one working with a hospital, book a virtual consultation and speak with them in a virtual call, wherever they both are in the world.

Behind each consultation is a lot of coordination: private doctors and hospitals with their own schedules and fees, agents who help people get care, and payments that must reach the right people.

ConceptLab works across the platform: the booking and consultation flow, the backend that ties patients, doctors, hospitals and agents together, the web and mobile applications on top, and the pricing, commission and payout logic underneath, built so each hospital’s and doctor’s rules can differ without special cases in the code.

The work is ongoing: new features, production reliability, and improving the product as the people using it show what they need next.

Election monitoring platform

iVota

An election monitoring platform: field agents report from every polling unit, and coordinators see it all in one live command center.

ivota.ng, live.

On election day, the people coordinating an election need to know what is happening at thousands of polling units at once, and reports usually arrive scattered across calls and messages.

iVota brings it into one place. Field agents check in and report activity, incidents, evidence and results from their polling units, and coordinators watch it all live in a command center, drilling down from state to LGA, ward, polling unit and agent.

ConceptLab built iVota, a Valuebeam Limited product, and it is live at ivota.ng.

What we did

  • Live command-center dashboard
  • Field-agent check-ins and reports
  • Incidents with evidence

Open source · ConceptLab initiative

FinStack

Open-source financial infrastructure: the reliable fintech building blocks every money product needs and nobody wants to get wrong.

FinStack Admin, the staff dashboard, with sandbox test data.

Every fintech product rebuilds the same foundations: wallets, a ledger, payments, refunds, payouts and reconciliation. Most of the difficulty isn’t visible: a payment credited exactly once, a refund never sent twice, records that match the provider’s every single day.

FinStack is ConceptLab’s open-source answer: those foundations, built carefully, documented decision by decision, and tested against real Paystack, Stripe and Flutterwave accounts, which is how we found and fixed behaviour the providers’ own documentation doesn’t mention.

It’s also how we teach: a real, production-minded codebase that mentees can read, run and learn from.

What we did
  • Double-entry ledger
  • Payments and refunds
  • Payouts that are never sent twice
  • Daily reconciliation
  • Staff dashboard and developer tooling
Built with
  • NestJS
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
